I prepare comprehensive AutoCAD drawings for remodels, additions, and new construction, including Existing/Demo, Proposed, Electrical, Site, and Elevation plans, all ready for permit submission. I collaborate with architects and structural engineers on more complex permit requirements. Each set of drawings follows AIA standards, local building and construction codes, and NKBA guidelines for kitchens and baths, ensuring both compliance and functionality in every project.
Kitchen & Bath Design
From tile patterns and cabinetry to custom furnishings, millwork design, lighting, and fixture selection, I create kitchens and bathrooms that balance beauty and functionality.
